When to Reschedule

Although massage is a truly wonderful way to achieve peace of mind, there are times when you should refrain from getting one. If you have a fever, contagious rash or are intoxicated, for the safety of you and the staff, please reschedule at a time when you are feeling better. 


Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no cost. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will be charged the full price of the service.

At True Balance Massage, we strive to give the highest level of care to our clients. When a client books a session, they are confirming a business agreement to reserve time to work with our expert staff.  

In addition, with less than 24 hours notice, it is far less likely that another client will be able to book into that reserved time slot. 

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment we will need to end the appointment at the time it was originally scheduled to finish at. This is so that our therapists can prepare their treatment rooms for the next client and start the next client's session on time.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards.  Checks are not accepted.
